CONNECT is an Australian made product from Intelematics, an RACV owned company, and leader in vehicle and mobility solutions. It will help you streamline your business operations and reduce your vehicle related costs.
CONNECT utilises a plug and play device that plugs into the on-board diagnostics port (OBDII). It’s easy to find under the dashboard but if you are having trouble you can contact Intelematics support. Once configured, the device offers GPS tracking, driver behaviour information, odometer, fuel levels, battery health and diagnostic trouble codes. If your vehicle is not compatible with an OBDII device, we have alternative options available.
If your vehicle is not compatible with the plug and play device, we provide hard-wired options. Contact Intelematics to discuss a solution that suits your needs. A full list of compatible devices can be found here.
Intelematics CONNECT is applicable to businesses with five or more vehicles.
First, you plug one device into each vehicle. Then simply log-on to the CONNECT Web Portal or use the CONNECT Driver App to activate each device. After that, you can track and manage your vehicles and review the data from each CONNECT application.

Yes, you own all of the devices associated to your contract.
There is a set cost for the devices. This is paid for as part of your contract. At the conclusion of your contract, you remain the owner of all the devices.
No, every device comes with a SIM included and all monthly data costs are covered in the contract.
Contract terms vary and are negotiable. Just let us know what works for you and your business.
Payment can be made via monthly invoicing, credit and debit cards. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Devices can be purchased and paid for here, alternatively, you can get in touch.
